Dear DAVE,

I was looking for some type of exercise for my osteoporosis since I was constantly getting stress fractures. I found your Cellerciser! I! Love it and it has been about 4 years.

Dear DAVE,

I was diagnosed with osteoporosis a few months ago. My daughter has a Cellerciser and suggested I get one too. I’ve been bouncing since the end of May.

Dear DAVE,

Thanks so much for the conversation Dave, last Friday 6th Dec (your Thursday). I feel much more confident & inspired knowing that I am heading in the right direction. The primary reason for getting the Cellerciser (which arrived, 5-6 weeks ago, on 1st Nov) was to improve my bone density due to osteoporosis which has reached a critical stage (BMD -4.19) resulting in frequent and numerous spinal fractures, pronounced kyphosis and forward head posture. I started off super steady for the first 4-5 weeks and cannot believe the improvement, especially in the last week or so!!! Still got a long way to go and will post updates along the way to share. But … the big surprise is my husband!! As a result of a spinal operation years ago, the bone had calcified and pinched the nerve that feeds his calf muscle, which sadly, as a result, is wasting away. He is not able to put his whole weight on that leg and has a strong limp. However, he started gentle bouncing for a minute or two each morning and has progressed to a point where he can ‘jog’ on the spot, lifting his knees up high. He can also do the side rock (which coincidentally relieved an imbalance in his hips just a couple of days ago before it got to the point of needing to visit the chiropractor). Also, his feet are sitting flatter on the floor when he walks. He is probably up to about 3 mins or more and starting to add the odd session to his day now & then. This has been an added bonus to getting the Cellerciser which we are certain is the best ever thing we have ever done for our health. I would like to make special mention of a Cellerciser member, Lina who encouraged me to purchase the Cellerciser. Lina & I are both on a healing journey and we met through a mutual health-based website and have become close friends. I live in Australia and Lina lives on the other side of the world, divine intervention at work in the best possible way. Feeling so grateful & blessed!

Dear DAVE,

I just wanted to let you know how things were going with my Cellerciser. I don’t know if you remember but you talked to me and my husband on the phone and personally placed our order last October. Well I received my Cellerciser and started to jump. Two minutes the first day and I thought I would die. It took a while, but I built up to 10 minutes that I do every day. Once in a while I miss but I try to do it EVERYDAY! So here it is in August and I have some results for you.

I got my bone density report the end of July. My Endocrinologist wanted to put me on medicine last November because my bones were so bad, and I told her I didn’t want it and I was going to jump on a trampoline instead. She said that was too dangerous with my bones so bad and I had about a year before my bones would start breaking. But I did it anyway. So, the end of July my spine was -2.4 and it had been -2.6. My hip was

-3.0 and it had been -3.7. I was so excited I about flipped!! She said my bones were still bad, but they were better, and she was OK with waiting another year to have them checked and see how they are. I am so grateful for this Cellerciser!!! She told me the medicine would NOT improve my bones but would stop them from getting worse. Well, my bones IMPROVED in 8 months just jumping for 1 O minutes a day!!

So, I went to the eye doctor to get my eyes checked. It had been two years and I thought my eyes would probably be really bad, but I was looking forward to getting new glasses. I wear progressives. Well the doctor checked my eyes and told me my prescription was the same with no changes and my vision was very stable. I was flabbergasted!! My eyes have been getting worse every year for about 5 years now. So, I go home and checked the Cellerciser website and it says It improves vision. So, I sure do believe it!! ended up getting a cute new pair of glasses with the same prescription!!

Well my most aggravating ailment is my headaches. I still get them but not as much and they are much less painful. I believe they are from allergies and I woke up with one this morning. I took my ibuprofen and went about my day. I didn’t get to jumping until about 3_pm and that was the end of it. Pain gone and no more ibuprofen! As long as I don’t miss a day jumping, I usually don’t have one. If I miss a day or so of jumping, I might get one, but the jumping clears them up and seems to keep them away. This is a crazy wonderful thing!

I am so thrilled with my Cellerciser! It really helped my bones, vision and headaches!! It is very healing. Sometimes I think I should jump longer and if I miss a day, I might do 12 to 15 minutes. I just don’t want to stop doing it because it helps me so much and I feel wonderful!! Thank you for providing a wonderful product and for placing my order!!

Dear DAVE,

Just felt the truth of this today. Did a 5k walk. Through the Texas Canyon in southeast Arizona with my 7 year old granddaughter and her mother (my daughter). The trail was really a hard surface and I was aching in the mid-back by about 2 miles in. Pound, pound, pound.

But never an ache with my Cellerciser. I may get tired sometimes, but never do I have the aching for hours that I get with street walking or hiking over rocky surfaces.

And, my Cellerciser routine is the medicine I take to ward off osteoporosis from anti-cancer treatment.

Thank you, Dave, for your persistence in business and supporting us all in the Cellerciser family.

Dear DAVE,

I bought my rebounder from you in Denver at a Whole Life Expo, so it’s been a while. But for various reasons, I have not consistently used it.

Since last mid-August, I have been consistently jumping from an average ranging from 15 to 30 minutes a day. I use a timer and track my minutes for morning, afternoon and evening jump times. I had the test for osteoporosis done last July and my T-score was -3.1, which meant I had osteoporosis. I just had the test redone at the 9Health Fair in mid-April and my T-score had improved to -1. 7, into the range of osteopenia.

Doctors say you can’t improve your score and even alternative medical professional usually say the score can only be improved by .2 or .3 if you’re lucky. I just improved mine 1.4 pts in less than 9 months, a 45% · improvement I have been tracking my T-scores since January 2000 and this is the best score I have ever had. It was -2.4 in January 2000.

I credit the Cellerciser rebounder for my improvement because this was the major consistent lifestyle change I made beginning last August I did not change my calcium intake, which comes only from foods, except for the month of March, when I was making sesame milk daily. Sesame milk is a naturally high calcium food. Jumping on my rebounder is the only exercise I get Oh, and to make it fun, I tum on the radio, use the remote to change. Channels and jump to the beat that feels good that day. I set the timer when I stand and jump’ as long as I feel like it, with a goal of an average of 20 minutes daily. So sometimes I jump 40 minutes at one time, other times maybe only 3 minutes. With my tracking chart, I can see I’m still on target, so I don’t worry if one day I only jump 3 minutes. Feeling good about the times I’m jumping is what’s most important.

FYI, I’m 51 years old and have been in menopause for a while but have refused to take hormones. I also had rheumatoid arthritis in the ear1y 90’s, which the doctors. Also say can’t be healed. So, I do know nothing is impossible.

Thanks so much for such a great rebounder!

Dear DAVE,

Just a quick note to tell you that after only 4 months of Cellercising, a bone density scan done yesterday revealed that I had a 4.6% increase in the bone density of my lumbar spine!!

This is seriously good news for me as I, paradoxically, have severe osteoporosis of my spine (-3.1), but my hips and femoral bone are strong as a 30 year old’s, at 61 years of age. Before I discovered the Cellerciser I was so discouraged about this and wondered how I was ever going to be able to increase the spine bone density without some kind of extreme exercise regime, which I knew I would not be able to be faithful to.

After I got my Cellerciser, I read on your website that a woman had a whopping 41% increase in bone density after close to a year of Cellercising. She happened to have the exact same osteoporosis score as me and was able to reverse it; she now has only osteopenia.

So, I am VERY hopeful to have similar great results when I have another DEXA scan next year at this time. My goal is to reverse the osteoporosis!

My Endocrinologist was highly skeptical that any natural means would increase my bone density and gave me a wry smile when I suggested it. He wanted me on some harmful bone building drug that has potential terrible side effects, like necrosis of the jawbone. Well, I showed him! And I will show him even more next year – ha ha!

Thank you, thank you, for your marvelous Cellerciser and for the wonderful, uplifting support you provide to the Cellerciser ‘Family’!

Best to you!

Dear DAVE,

I hope you are well. In some ways my Cellerciser journey began over 45 years ago when my Aunt was with a company that sold rebounders and she gave me one. I used it for a while, and enjoyed it, but I was young and “macho”, so I eventually gave it up for miles of running, other excessive types of training, and crash dieting. I carried this regiment on through the years and I now have an artificial hip, and two artificial knees. I am not complaining …. I thank the Lord for good Doctors, and the technology, that allows me not to be a total cripple. I retired from teaching and coaching a few years ago (42 year career) and I realized I had given more concern to my athletes and students than myself. Almost a year ago I finally had that moment where I had a very serious conversation with the man in the mirror. I had a physical. I weighed 411 pounds. My A 1 c was almost 10. My blood Pressure was 170/95. My Cholesterol was through the roof as well. I was taking medication for all of these things already and my physician wanted me to take more including adding shots of insulin. I simply said I was not going to do that and that I would take care of the problem. Actually, that was not that bright, but I was finally fed up. I would not recommend anyone do that, but I knew myself, and my problem has never been not knowing what to do, but rather simply doing it. That evening I went home, and I prayed that the Lord would give me strength to proceed and be with me as I went. The next day, I began doing it. I started slowly. I made the decision that initially I would set a goal of working out four times per week. I could work out more days, but the baseline was four. I figured that if I said I was doing it every day I was setting myself up to fail because sometimes cares of life get in the way. The first day I did fifteen easy minutes on a treadmill and fifteen easy minutes on a bike. The next day I did that again and added a few rounds of 3-5 exercises with light weights I have at home and a TRX. I would do the walking and riding at least four times a week and on at least two of those days I would add the other exercises. I also tried to cut down on sugar and other “bad” carbs, but I did not just deny myself everything. I would also sauna 3-4 times per week. I did all of this for a month and was under 400 pounds and feeling better. I was ready to work a bit harder, so I alternated days of biking and walking with two of my biking days including some intervals and one of my walks being a longer one. I started going to our local club and began a reasonable lifting program twice a week. I began some bouts of intermittent fasting and watch my carbs a bit closer. I was feeling better and better. I also added one thing, a Rebounder. I still had the one my Aunt gave me stored in my garage. Each day after my workout I would bounce (not all that hard) for 5-10 minutes and I found that it made me recover better. I also began revisiting the benefits of rebounding and I discovered your material on YouTube. As I watched, and studied, I decided that a Cellerciser would be much better than the unit I had. I noticed that the suggested maximum weight for the Cellerciser was 350 pounds so I kept working with the goal of getting to the point where I could use the Cellerciser. Finally, when I got to September, I was near 350 pounds and I ordered a Cellerciser. When it came the unit was even better than I imagined. I started using it after my workouts, but then I decided I would get on it every morning, and so I began playing on the Cellerciser for 5-10 minutes every morning. It only took a few sessions before I was looking forward to getting on the unit each morning because I felt so good after I did it. If I felt stiff when I got out of bed the Cellerciser took care of that. I can tell you that I have done a lot of physical things over the years that have damaged my body and I have a lot of orthopedic issues, but 100% of the time when I get off the Cellerciser I feel better, even when I hit it hard. Since I received the Cellerciser I have continued to work out. I have replaced one walking session with Cellerciser and added another Cellerciser session. These are in addition to my morning ritual. I am now down to 300 pounds and maintaining that while I am stuck in the house due to Covid-19. I am on the Cellerciser every day. It not only helps me physically, but the mental benefits are huge. I plan to let my body lose some more weight once this lock-in is over. Right before the lockdown I had a Doctor’s appointment. My A 1 c is at 5.2, my cholesterol and other blood markers are all excellent, and my blood pressure has been in the 120/75 range for 2-3 months now. The benefits I have gotten from rebounding, and a healthier lifestyle, are simply phenomenal. If I was still coaching, I would have several Cellercisers in my wrestling room for warm-up, recovery, and conditioning as well as for training around injuries. I have worked with a lot of young athletes and one group that I think would benefit immensely from the Cellerciser is the female athlete. They have an inordinate number of ACL tears and I think working on the Cellerciser would strengthen the muscular and ligamental structure of their knees in ways that traditional weight training cannot touch. If I could go back in time, I would base my fitness program on rebounding which is what I am moving towards as I approach my post work life. Cellerciser has helped me get healthy. You have helped me as well Dave. I have watched your YouTube videos and, learned a great deal from you. Plus, the motivation you provide in your presentations is priceless. Thanks for your help. I am so sorry this was so long. There is actually much more because God has really transformed me, and blessed me, along the way in this journey … but another time maybe. By the way, I am 63 years old.

Sincerely,

Dear DAVE,

Presently I am expecting a trampoline. I have osteoporosis and my chiropractor friend has recommended one.

In your catalog you mention the 75 trillion cells. I know of the order of magnitude but did not know an exact number. It is a number for meditation and contemplation, with profound mystical feelings.

My deep thanks for all your kind help.
