Being part of the Cellerciser family under the leadership of David Hall has been both a joy and an education. He has truly taught me so much about Cellercising, as well as what it means to live with integrity.
Over the past eight years, Mr. Hall and I have spoken three times, but last year’s conversation was the hardest for me. At 69 years old, I badly injured my knee during our physical move from Pennsylvania to Florida. The head of orthopedic surgery in Florida took one look and told me I needed a total knee replacement. Unwilling to accept that, I tried to rehab it on my own—walking in the pool, wearing a brace, and even trying cold plunges—but nothing helped.
That’s when I finally called Mr. Hall. He was incredibly calm and began walking me through a targeted knee rehab plan on the Cellerciser. To my embarrassment now, I actually argued with him! Some of the movements caused discomfort, and I didn’t want to deal with that. Thankfully, I had written his instructions down and decided to push through, even when it was uncomfortable.
Nine months later, my knee is working perfectly. Today, we go for a 3-to-4-mile morning walk, and I still return home to enjoy my daily bounce. Please, take my advice and don’t argue with such a gem of a person. He truly knows what he is talking about, is incredibly knowledgeable about the body’s healing process, and is even happy to speak directly with doctors.
I just wanted to share with you yet another benefit of my Cellerciser. I’ve had it for about five years now and work out on it regularly. I usually do a pretty intense daily workout complete with the jamba run, side leg kick, back kick, front kick, etc. for 20 – 30 minutes. However, recently I fell from about a 3.5 ft height and couldn’t do my regular workout. I didn’t want to stop altogether, so I bumped back to a baby bounce for 10-15 minutes. I didn’t really think it was going to do that much good, because I wasn’t sweating (lol), but I did it anyway. What I learned is this… we don’t always have to push the body to get results. Even though the body is resilient and can endure a lot doesn’t mean that pushing it is the optimum way for optimum results. Just doing the baby bounce has made me feel so good. It’s calmed my mental activity down and makes me feel like I’m in better alignment on all domains: physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional. I love my Cellerciser, but I feel like I’ve found a new friend. I’m consistently learning something new about the benefits of Cellercising and this is my favorite lesson to date. Thank you for a wonderful piece of equipment that is helping me reach my goals for optimum health and wellness.
I am so grateful to have found out about the Cellerciser through ijumpinstead on YouTube. I have been using it for about a year now with incredible results, especially during pregnancy and postpartum. I was able to use the Cellercise rebounder throughout my entire pregnancy, right up until the last 3–4 weeks. With my previous two pregnancies, I ended up with 2.5-finger diastasis recti gap postpartum. This time, immediately after birth—and before doing any exercises—my gap measured only 1.5 fingers. That’s a huge improvement, and I’m convinced it’s because of the Cellerciser because rebounding and occasional walking was the only form of exercise I did during this pregnancy.
I also noticed a dramatic difference during labor. My previous two labors were extremely painful for hours, but this time I barely felt my contractions until it was actually time to deliver. I can’t say for sure, but I strongly believe the Cellerciser contributed to that as well.
Postpartum recovery was also very different for me. With my first two pregnancies, my pelvic floor felt unstable and weak, and I experienced a noticeable heaviness for months. I fully expected the same —especially after a third delivery—but I didn’t experience that feeling at all this time. In fact, I was able to bounce gently on the Cellerciser just three weeks postpartum without any pelvic floor heaviness. With my previous pregnancy, using a different brand rebounder, I couldn’t jump for months because it felt uncomfortable and just “not right.” The difference this time was remarkable.
Another unexpected benefit has been the energy boost. Whenever I get on the rebounder, even for just a couple of minutes, I feel a surge of energy—almost like having a cup of coffee. It’s even helped me cut down on caffeine because bouncing gives me the lift I need naturally.
It has also been extremely effective at calming my baby. If I hold the baby and bounce very gently, the soothing motion puts the baby to sleep incredibly fast. It’s become one of my favorite ways to settle the baby when nothing else works.
We’ve loved the Cellerciser so much that we’ve purchased three units. We keep two in our living room because whenever I jump, my kids want to join in. The third one we bought specifically to let others borrow, because people often don’t believe how effective it is until they try it themselves.
The Cellerciser has truly been a blessing for our health, energy, pregnancy, postpartum healing, and even calming our baby. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.
I have a groin issue. Have been healed of groin hernia by doing cheek to cheek every day on Cellerciser.
I’ve had my Cellerciser for 6 years. I’m 75. 8 years ago, I had a non-Hodgkin’s form of lymphoma. I was told that most people succumb to this type of disease after 4 years. At my last annual checkup my oncologist told me there was no sign of the cancer. After 8 years it hasn’t returned. I did go through rigorous chemotherapy, but I feel rebounding perhaps made the chemotherapy more efficacious.
Prior to receiving the Cellerciser I had an appointment with my optometrist. He took a picture of my inner eyeballs, and he noted that the optical nerve of my left eye had a small red spot on it. He told me that it could stay the same but could lead eventually to a loss of vision in that eye. 6 months later I went back for another visit. He performed the same set of tests and pictures. He had a computer screen next to my chair and brought up the pictures of both my inner eyes. He said that both eyes looked healthy. So, I asked, “Larry, what about spot on the optical nerve in my left eye? You showed it to me on my last visit.” He carefully studied the photo again… “There’s no spot on that nerve.” I asked him to look at the picture from the previous visit. So, he brought up the older picture from the previous visit. Both photos were on the screen side by side. There was the spot on the older picture. He stared at the two pictures and said, “That’s unusual.” I asked, “Have you ever heard of a spot like that disappearing?” He said, “Never.” I told him I had been using a Rebounder since my previous visit and that I was noticing a number of physical improvements. He admitted being perplexed but was glad that both of my eyes were so healthy. He told me to keep doing whatever I was doing.
Story 2. About 3 months after I started using the Cellerciser I had a routine dental visit for cleaning. My usual hygienist had been seeing me for several years. As she performed her normal exam, she kept saying how good my mouth looked, especially my gums. She asked me if I was doing anything differently. I said the only thing different was my rebounding for a few minutes daily. The dentist entered the station, and she asked him to look at my gums. He did and said my gums looked really healthy. She told him about my rebounding. He showed an interest, so I told him about the experience I had with the optometrist. Also, I had developed numbing neuropathy following several chemotherapy treatments for cancer and how I had recovered some feeling in my legs and feet after rebounding for only 1 day. He looked at his nurse and said, “I’m getting one of these for the office. I want the staff to spend a few minutes rebounding during break time.” During the next visit the hygienist said it made such a difference for her that she purchased one for her home so her family could benefit from using it.
I’ve increased my daily exercise time to 20 minutes per day. Some pain I had in my left knee, in my back near my hip, and a tight muscle between my scapula and spine have disappeared. I’ve changed nothing else in my routine except rebounding. I follow your video routines to get a full body workout.
Thanks, Dave, for the Cellerciser. It’s changed my life in so many ways. And it provides me with some great stories.
