Dear DAVE,

My 96 year young father-in-law, that we fondly call Bapa, has had issues with maintaining his balance. He had the desire to improve his balance and welcomed exercise to improve his strength. I had him try out my Cellerciser and although he needed assistance and was a bit wobbly getting onto it, he liked it so much that he purchased his own unit. That was a number of years ago and now he can mount, complete his routine and dismount without assistance. Using it faithfully every day has greatly benefited him with improved balance. Due to his example, he has encouraged several family members to take their Cellercisers out of hibernation and get bouncing again. We hope that no matter what your age or physical condition, that you will experience the benefits of rebounding with joy! Be like Tigger and keep bouncing!

Dear DAVE,

My Cellercise is the best.  To think you can do this from the comfort of your home and not even need special clothes! What could be better, great in all kinds of weather.

My husband has to use it first thing in the morning for joint pain and it does wonders as he is 75.

I have lost over 20 lbs. and that is very hard for me to do.  My clothes are all too big and I feel great.

The big bonus is you.  As you have helped me so much with my back.  You remember I had 2 slipped disks and it had been 10 years. I was still having problems often, even if I moved wrong or lifted and soon after doing what you told me on the Cellercise® I have no pain and no problem.  Before about once a month I would be laid up with my back.

I could go on and on like, its fun, safe, easy, good for you and works!

Keep up the good work!

God Bless,

Dear DAVE,

Rebounding is such a great exercise! I have been using my Cellerciser for 6 weeks, and I notice my body is getting noticeably more toned. I am 57 and I am feeling really good! I look much younger than my years say, and rebounding is helping out with my cause! I hope to have a beach body by summer – I might just reach my goal!

Dear DAVE,

Just a note to let you know how much I love my Cellerciser.

I’ve had a lymphatic condition for several years and this has had a profound effect on my condition. I have searched for years to find something that would correct this problem. My condition at this point has improved enough that I believe that it will be less of an issue as long as I consistently use the Cellerciser.

Thank You,

Dear DAVE,

The Cellerciser has been an integral part of my training for the past year as I prepare for the worlds.

I am a firm believer in the miracles of the Cellerciser. Tried the Jamba run. Interesting! It works!

Dear DAVE,

Thank you for allowing me into this group! I am 52 years old, and I just started Cellercising on December 25 when I got a rebounder for Christmas. I just learned about Dave Hall and the Cellerciser family in November. I liked to run outside and lift weights at the gym but due to Covid and my dislike of running in the cold, I was prompted to find a new way of working out. I feel so blessed to have found Dave and this program! I bought the Mr. Rebounder app, and I have been Cellercising every day since the 25. It feels great! I didn’t initially purchase a Cellerciser because I wanted to see if I was going to like this type of workout. I am now a believer and hooked! I love Cellercising! When I can, I will definitely purchase a Cellerciser. I can see from the videos that the matt seems a bit stiffer than the rebounder I have plus I believe in Dave and would like to support his cause!

Again, thanks and blessings to all!

Dear DAVE,

This may be long, so I apologize in advance.

I was in a bad car accident about 23 years ago, my head injury caused me to have to learn to walk, talk and function again, so much of who I was lost on that day, basic tasks like tying my own shoes or even remembering how to do laundry was a chore I had to accomplish with many many sticky notes pasted up on the walls of my home to remind me how to do the task. I overcame a lot of it but was still stuck with side effects of the crash. One of the big ones was balance, I had to give up driving because of it and walking was also difficult for me. My brain would say when I was walking that I was going in a straight line, but my body would always wander off to the left. My family would just say, there goes mom again and pull me back out of the way. I walked into many many a wall, that has all changed and I cry writing this, I was shopping with my husband and just didn’t even notice until he kept looking at me strangely and said wait here, he then ran to the end of the aisle and said walk to me, I thought he’d lost his dang mind lol. But I did it, and I made it, straight as an arrow!!! I was crying in Walmart I was so over the moon happy!!! I then started running around the store like a crazy teenager, at 60 I think I scared some folks lol and after we left the store I asked if I could try driving home, it was the most wonderful freeing blessed drive I ever did in my entire life!!!

David Hall saying thank you will never be enough to tell you. My lost life is now back again, and I AM FREE!!!!!

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you – My Cellerciser BDay is Jan 10,2021

Dear DAVE,

I bought mine 7 years ago and have LOVED using it!! Many of my friends and family have purchased one as well! I had 6 babies in 12 years, combined w/ LOTS of blood clotting issues, bad veins, plantar fasciitis, overweight, etc. Needless to say, I was a mess!!

The Cellerciser was a literally answer to prayer and helped me lose 65 pounds and improved my health tremendously. Just wanted to pop in and say you got this!!

1430

Dear DAVE,

Knowing where we want to be and getting there are two different stories. Until I put my picture side by side, I still saw the same person in the mirror. Sure my clothes size had changed… in fact I’ve had to buy a few things and a belt even!!!! But I didn’t see it until I compared the two. I think the hardest thing for me is the BMI charts. I don’t like them. In my world (according to Christine) they aren’t always right. Feeling good in what I wear and how I feel should be my determination on where I am. I can’t this has been easy. Lots of ups and downs, but I think I’ve got this figured out. Diet is key to losing weight.  You can Cellercise all you want but if you eat junk like I have, you just become a hamster in a wheel going no where. Eating healthy will help with so many things, exercising will help me maintain and improve even more. I love my Cellerciser. It has helped me tone, maintain and lose, clear my head, and keep me going. Having a Cellercise family that encourages you, is the icing on the cake! From the start of my journey to now, I am down 45 lbs. I will probably stay where I am because I am happy here. Thanks everyone and “you’ve got this”!!!

Dear DAVE,

Ok … so for a few months now I have been Cellercising every day. I’ve had to modify the twist and ski patrol because they bothered my knees. Well, the past few days I am twisting and skiing like nobody’s business! (Not too whippy). So, I just wanted to share that and encourage patience to anyone with the same problem. Hang in there! Best exercise ever! Also had a finger prick at the doctor and bled so much I needed a band aid! Hahaha whattt?

Keep bouncing!

Dear DAVE,

5/9/2008

Thank you so much for your patience and the time you took to walk me through some advice on how to handle my weight loss difficulties, I will let you know how it is going in a couple of weeks.

As I explained on the phone despite my frustrations with my weight, I would not return my Cellercise® for all the tea in China. My children and I have truly benefited from it.

I am a mother of six, our youngest is only 5 1/2 months old. I first investigated getting a rebounder about two and half months ago when after a very slow recovery and many attempts at trying to get fit, which ended in much pain and discouragement, a friend suggested I get a mini tramp as he had read that they are supposed to be the safest most efficient way to get fit and healthy. Another very good friend had also been told by her naturopath to get a mini tramp to flush her lymphatic system to help her heal from a very serious infected abscess. So I started looking into it…..wow was it overwhelming!

There were tons of websites and adds from Walmart to ebay pushing some kind of tramp or another and no way of knowing who to buy from. Then I went to check the buy and sell online and there were a couple for between five and twenty-five dollars. I could not understand how there could.be such a great discrepancy in price, anywhere from over one thousand dollars to as little as 19.99 brand new. I started to look for websites and blogs that had commentary and reports on different brands. There were equally as many. I came across your website along with > websites for Needaks, Reboundairs, Urban rebounders, Bellicons, as well as tramps from Australia, Britain, New Zealand, and Germany. All claiming that they were the best value for the money, some claiming that others were overpriced, that you could get the same bounce and quality unit for forty dollars as you could four hundred. Wow was it confusing…

The more I looked for unbiased reports the more confused I got until I began to see a general trend. While many companies criticized others for poor quality and many individuals did the same, Uie worst that was said about the Cellercise® was that it was expensive. The funny thing was that once I compared the prices, with the exception of the Urban rebounder and the really cheap sports store and retail store brands, the price difference between the Cellercise® and many of the other top selling makes was not all that significant. And when I read about the superior quality of the Cellercise® from the same people who criticized the unit for its cost it didn’t seem to make sense to me that one would spend a few dollars less if you could get the best quality for not much more.

Now while I was doing all this investigating, which took me about two to three weeks, I was using my friend’s trampoline, a fifty-dollar model she got at Canadian Tire. It was awful, I hated it. Everywhere hurt, my head, my back, my hips, and my c-section incision, which I was very slowly and painfully trying to recover from. I talked to my good friend who had been using hers for about four months (she got hers at Walmart) and she said that at first she found jumping on it uncomfortable but now she found that it only bothered her head and neck for the first few minutes…she figured this was normal.

What I read about better quality models was that they should not cause pain, and I remembered what you wrote about your father’s experience and injury on a cheap model. So I bit the bullet and bought one of your units. While I waited for it to arrive I continued to look for testimonials and followed rebounding blogs to see what people had to say. Again I could not find anything negative about your unit except the comments about cost I contacted one blogger and asked him why he had reviews about almost all known rebounder models except yours and he said it was because yours was more than he could afford and he refused to spend money on an overpriced unit when he could get the same superior quality with Reboundair which was so much cheaper. Well I checked and here in Canada the price difference was only about twenty dollars Canadian. So I emailed him back and told him that it made no sense to me not spend the extra twenty dollars to get the ‘Cadillac’ of units. His final email was to tell me that customs and shipping would get me in the end. I called your offices and spoke to Jerry, who was very kind, and told him that I had recently purchased a unit and was worried as I was really not enjoying my time on the current tramp I had and was having a lot of discomfort. He promised me that my Cellercise® experience would be better or my money would be refunded.

Well the day I got the unit I was ecstatic pulled it out of the box, by the way not extra charges came with the unit debunking the Urban rebounder blogger’s predictions, and I got right on it in the living room. I had to fight my children off so I could have a go, and what a difference. I dreaded getting on the cheap one and once on could not wait to get off. As soon as I got on this one I was having fun, and as my children begged me to get off so they could have a turn I kept shooing them away cause I did not want to get off this one, it was too dam much fun.

Since I have gotten the unit I have missed about five days in two months plus. I am on it pretty much every day for between ten minutes to an hour depending on how busy my day is. I feel stronger, my abdomen is healing and feels stronger, and while I still cannot seem to drop the extra inches and weight I am carrying, the benefits to my immune system and digestive track has been remarkable. I have suffered from IBS since grad school almost fifteen years ago and have not had such positive results since I was first diagnosed. The symptoms would come and go and only a very restrictive diet seemed to alleviate the pain associated with it Until I started rebounding. But most interesting was just recently when my whole family came down with a horrible influenza, including the baby. High fever for several days and then an awful cough that had me convinced that a couple of them had whopping cough. When the last two of the children were finally coming to the end I thought now I am going to get hit, cause that is how it always happens. Sure enough I woke up a few days later with a headache that made me feel like the top of my head would explode and a fogginess I could not shake all day. By four in the afternoon I had to do something and I could not go to sleep as it was just about time to start getting dinner ready for my family, so I decided to go downstairs and jump for a while… Ouch it hurt like heck at first but within about two to five minutes my headache was gone, my sinus’ were clearing and I never did get the flu. I am convinced it is the result of my stronger Immune system from Cellercising daily. I was getting little sleep and was surrounded by runny noses. When I did sleep it was usually with one or more sick feverish children. No matter how tired I was I made a point of forcing myself to get on the tramp at least once a day while everyone was sick.

Anyway this is my long winded way to say thank you for all the work you have put into making this unit what it is, for the research and time you have devoted to helping people like me on their road to health. Especially thank you for personally calling me and answering all my questions and providing me with a game plan to deal with the obstacles still ahead. As I mentioned on the phone I truly believe that all households should own a Cellercise and I would like to reiterate that. Imagine the strain off the overtaxed health system, the reduction in absenteeism due to illness, and the general improvement to people’s well-being. 1 know that when I start my day on the Cellercise® I am a much nicer mom, a much more patient teacher to my children and a much more productive person in the home. It even helps me with my prayer life as in making time to Cellercise I usually also use that time to pray the Rosary which otherwise does not get done in the craziness of my often overly busy days.

Once again God Bless you and your family Mr. Hall, I look forward to continued correspondence with you and I hope one day soon to be able to write you and let you know that my weight struggles are also under control. Also please pass on my thanks to Gerry he too has been very helpful.

With much gratitude, Dominique Okotoks, Alberta

P.S. I realize this is very long but if you would like to use any parts of this letter, or all of it you are most welcome to.

Dear David,

Here is a little update on us after our purchase. All is well and I am still thoroughly satisfied with our tramp. My youngest daughter, who will be two in November and has downs syndrome, has been going on the tramp almost daily and loves it. Because of her downs she has a condition called Hypotonia, which I am sure you are aware is a decrease in muscle strength, which can be increased through regular exercise. Because of this she also has a little imbalance. After reading what rebounding does for increase muscle and balance I was eager to have her get used to being on it on her own so that when she is walking and stronger she will be jumping on it too. My other children, we have six in all, (for now) love to jump her as they call it They jump gently while she is on the tramp with them.

I am so happy that! had an opportunity to learn so much about the benefits of being on a tramp from you, and I try to stay faithful to my Cellercise® workouts daily…though as a mum of six and homeschooler it is sometimes difficult to find even just ten minutes. I do notice a huge difference in how I feel, and how my day tends to unravel when I neglect my jumping!

So thank you again for all your work, and keep plugging away (or should I say jumping away.) I am praying that sometime in the future I will have some extra money to purchase a few more from you and sell them as I truly believe that every home should have one!

God Bless you,

Dear DAVE,

Hello All,

I apologize in advance if this is a long one, so Dave if you happen to read this you do not have to read the entire review haha.

The 10:17 Routine (Mr. Rebounder App – Beginner Module #7)
The 14:18 Routine (Christine Hanks Routine – YouTube Video)
The 20:46 Routine (The Fat Eradicator #1 – YouTube Video w/ Debbie)
Distilled Water with Cellutions Ionic Trace Mineral Complex

August 15th, I checked my weight. Standing at 5″7 and a half, I weighed in at 249lbs.

Week 1: The 10:17 Routine (Mr. Rebounder App – Beginner Module #7)
– I started this routine on a Tuesday, August 19th. I actually watch the video on YouTube with Dave and Christine performing it together, as it helps me with keeping going. During this week, I noticed a little ‘twinge’ if you will on the outer part of my right knee. By the second day, August 21st, that twinge was completely gone, never to return until this day. I performed this routine 5 times each morning. I also stayed hydrated with the Distilled water that I make, with Cellutions added to it.

Week 2: I did the same routine, stayed hydrated, and I noticed (even during Week 1) that my cardio had gotten better, I didn’t feel winded going up the stairs anymore, I noticed that my bloating had went down a tremendous amount and I had become more flexible in many ways. At the end of Week 2, I noticed that my veins in my arms are way more visible and the one that goes up the bicep is not only showing a bit, but it is flexible and ‘Moving’ like Dave’s does if you ever seen his videos of him demonstrating the veins when he’s doing speeches. My bowel movements are more frequent, and I used to take Formula #1 from Dr. Schultze, which is awesome by the way, but I found even when I just take one pill of that, it’s too much. So, I know the twisting movement, which is the second most important movement Dave teaches is what helped with this. A plus to this is, I went down from 249lbs to 241lbs! 8 pounds in 2 weeks!

Week 3 (Week of September 1st): The 14:18 Routine (Christine Hanks Routine – YouTube Video)
– Thank you, Christine, for this one! This one has the Jogging for 3 Mins Straight and then the Jamba Walk for 3 Mins Straight. This routine, when done for the first time and not having been Cellercising, is very tough and will have you winded and you will have to stop the Jamba Walk mid-way through to get more oxygen in those thighs, knees and glutes. However, because the 10:17 Routine has the Jamba Walk in it and I’ve done it so much at this point, I was able to continuously complete the Jamba Walk the full 3 minutes without resting the first try! So, I know I had gotten stronger from the first two weeks. Guys, I did this routine three (3) times each morning. How I know the routines are sticking in is when I don’t have as much sweat on me while completing the sets. But just because there is no sweat, it DOES NOT MEAN your body is not benefiting from the movements. So please, I suggest you don’t have that line of thinking which is done so with typical exercising.

Saturday September 6th: The 20:46 Routine (The Fat Eradicator #1 – YouTube Video w/ Debbie)
– Okay here’s where I humbled myself. This routine has about or around five (5) sets of Jamba Run in it. I was able to do them all without stopping at all! Because of this, I figured I will do this five times as well. However, after completing it twice, right before I started the third set, my mid told me, this is the last one. I adhered to it. I felt so good, generated a lot of heat, despite having on two fans in my room, my shirt was drenched after removing it for a shower. After I showered, this is where I’m glad I listened to my body: My right elbow and left knee started to have some…not pain but noticeable feeling in it, more like soreness, but a good one. It was enough for me to scale back on the Fat Eradicator the way I did it yesterday. Yet, I still feel great!

All in all, if you’re on the fence of acquiring the Cellerciser, just do it! My suggestion is that all you need is your mind, to make the decision to do it and keep going and also the Distilled Water with the Minerals in it. Again, these are suggestions, as I don’t like telling people what to do. I just encourage you all, whomever lays their eyes on this review of mine, if you’re serious and you want a change in your life, this is the best way to do it bar none! It’s a good base foundation to other trainings you may do as well, which is what I’m planning to do soon myself for more muscle definition.

I don’t have any photos yet, well, I do and they are just the Before pictures (And yes, I’m not ready to share them just yet haha!). Once I have the After pictures, hopefully I’ll be able to just update this review with them and share my results!

I want to thank you Dave, you and your family for being an inspiration and a great help to those of us who are in need of things like this. This won’t be my last review.

As I always say, it’s never goodbye, but…To Be Continued

Dear DAVE,

This part of my journey I started in May 2016 when I chose to live. I was turning 55 in October of that year and knew if I did not change some things I would not be around as long as I wanted to be. So, I changed my diet, and started running! I could only run for about 30 seconds and then I’d have to walk. I was 60 pounds heavier than I am now! In May of 2017 I did my first SK. One month later I did my first 70.3 Half lronman Triathlon. Did my second SK in July and my first marathon in October. Then I found out about the Cellerciser® … so before I did my next event in May of 20181 was using the Cellerciser®. It has been a game changer for me! ” In 2018 I did 10 events several of which I place first in my age group. In 2019 I did about 12 events and got first place in many of my age groups. Also, in 2019 I did my first 103 mile ultramarathon and finished in qualifying time! 2020 was a tough year as a lot of events were cancelled but I did very well in the ones I competed in! In 2020 I have done very well this year and just finished my fifth 70.3 Half lronman distance triathlon. I came in first place in my age group! The end of September I do my first full lronman Triathlon … looking forward to it! ????. Many people are totally amazed that I am able to finish those distances and do not have the time to exercise like most people. My 30 minutes every morning workout {Pia yin] on my Cellerciser® is 98% of what I do. Working as a truck driver 14 hours a day (70-hour week) makes it pretty hard to be able to do any other exercise so thank you so very much. I really appreciate having this to help keep me being able to do the things I want to do.

Now that I am turning 60 in October, this is awesome, I feel better now than I did when I was in my thirties … May the Lord bless each one of you in this wonderful Cellercise® family!

*Grace has completed several additional races since the writing of this letter. 144.6 mile race: 116 miles on a bike, 2.4 miles on a swim, and 26.2 miles running .. all within the 17 hour limit. She is an inspiration and help to so many others and has a heart of gold. Thanks for being a part of the Cellercise® family Grace!

Dear DAVE,

I have just finished my first-year rebounding using your Mr. Rebounder app as my coach. While I was in good physical shape prior to rebounding, it was the extra type of fully body workouts I needed. I am 68 and in the best physical shape since high school. I am also just about at my high school weight. I have been focused on the advanced workouts for the entire year and love my 90 minutes of rebounding first thing every day. (5 days a week). Thank you for your great app and the extra lessons on your monthly Facebook sessions. Keep on! Attached are my points earned during my first year. I look forward to many more years to come.

Dear DAVE,

I just got off the phone with you and, as usual, feel uplifted and encouraged. Thank you so much! The imagery of the cells with sad faces turning into happy faces with I Cellercise impacted me differently when I shared it with you. It made me smile all over again.

Following you will find the email I sent you back in 2022. As I said on the call, I’m still walking this path. It’s truly a journey…. But one I choose to call a “journey of hope”. We don’t have to stay the way we are. Once we become aware of negatives or toxins in our lives, we can start at that point to remove them and live differently. I love the conversation you and I had when you talked about the line between sickness and health and that most people just strive to be less sick instead of being healthier. That’s my goal… to be as healthy as I can be, to attain the highest level of health possible.

Thank you again for our conversations, and for listening to me talk about my experiences on the Cellerciser. It helps to share, especially with the person that started it all. I hope this brightens your day and reminds you of how impacting just one person can be in the lives of multiple people. Many blessings to you!

————–*2022 Share*—————–

It’s Gwynn from Oklahoma. I’m writing to share with you (as we’ve discussed via the phone) my experience with the mental/spiritual aspect of the Cellerciser.

To begin with, however, I’d like to say (again) how much I enjoy Cellercising. I love the whole concept of every cell being stimulated. I love how I don’t have to spend hours in the gym. I love how I can tone my body, my mind, my spirit, and my emotions in just minutes a day.

I’ve Cellercised for a few years now, but my focus has always been on the physical aspect of it. I listened to your YouTube post about how the most important relationship we can have is a relationship with our body. I love the way you said it… “your body understands English… you can talk to it… it understands.” That was so enlightening for me. So, I started talking to my body while I Cellercise. I started asking my body to forgive me for the years that I have been negative about it and not respected it as I should. I asked for my body to teach me how to take better care of it and how to give it what it needs to function optimally. I’ve been doing that for a few months now and WOW. The level of awareness regarding my body is amazing.

So… after increasing the level of awareness physically, I decided to try it in the emotional arena and focus on the emotional/mental aspect of it. One day I had the word “embedded” cross my mind repeatedly. After thoughtful consideration I decided to start on a journey to acknowledge and endeavor to eliminate “embedded” emotions that are having a negative impact on my health.

I got the bright idea to take that journey on my Cellerciser. I started thinking about negative emotions that I have “housed” or “stored” over the years. Feelings of doubt, fear, inferiority, shame, guilt, and a plethora of other emotions. As I did the gentle bounce or jogging in place, I imaged those embedded emotions being shaken loose and leaving my body and mind and me being free… free to be the unique individual that I was created to be. “I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” The more I focused on the emotions, the more emotions were brought to my attention. I wish I could tell you that all negative emotions have been removed and that life is a tulip walk (lol) but unfortunately that is not the case. I’m still working on becoming clear and free, but it’s a work in progress.

I’ve been trying for years to get toned on all domains…. Physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental. The Cellerciser provides the opportunity to do that. Thank you, Dave, for your creation. Thank you for all the inspirational information you make available. I thank God every time I get on the Cellerciser for the difference you have made in my life.

I think we all try too hard to be someone else, when all the time the most fascinating person is the one who looks back at us when we look in the mirror. We hide in other people, situations, or create circumstances that will allow us to appear to be interested in others, or philanthropic, or benevolent, when all the time we’re just creating situations in which we can hide so that we won’t have to deal with our inner frustrations, struggles, and disappointments, or who/what we really are inside.

I realize everyone isn’t on the path to self-enlightenment and everyone doesn’t want to become transparent, but I am interested in becoming a better “me”. I’m disheartened at the loss of individuality and creativity as we (as a society) keep trying to better “thems” instead of better “us’s”). I’m not where I want to be, but I’m definitely on my way. I don’t believe we can ever truly be toned in one area if we’re out of balance in other areas. To be truly balanced, we must be strengthened as a whole, not just in part. Again, the Cellerciser is an option to making that a reality.

So, thank you for your investment in the lives of innumerable individuals. I applaud you as you live out your mission. Many blessings to you for the blessing you have been, and are, to me.

Have a wonderful day!

Dear DAVE,

Just celebrated Grandma Millie’s 96th birthday …… Here is a photo of 4 generations that use the Cellerciser!

Hope all is well

Dear DAVE,

A quick note to thank you for your discussion about motivation on your live stream. It hit home. I believe sometimes we get embarrassed to admit that we don’t always stay on track. I have had my Cellerciser for about three years and use it daily for the most part. I’m in the best shape of my adult life. Knee pain: gone.  Foot pain: gone. The amount of stretching and toning that can happen on the Cellerciser is amazing. My only regret is not getting one sooner!

Dear DAVE,

I loved your videos. Best I have seen yet! I purchased my first rebounder when I was 19. I will be 62 June 30 and I agree it is the best exercise ever. Thank you for sharing your positive communication and exercise gift with the world.

Gratefully yours

Dear DAVE,

I’ve owned a Cellerciser for years that I used off and on. In early 2023 I was broadsided in a car accident that totaled my car, and I suffered from two herniated disks in my lower spine. I saw several doctors, including a neurologist, and the only thing they offered were spinal injections. The risk of permanent injury from the injections vs. the minimal chance of pain relief was not worth it to me. Since I knew the Cellerciser strengthened ALL of the cells in the body, I took a chance on it being able to strengthen my lower back. I started out slowly and within a few weeks, my lower back pain disappeared and has not come back! I am now on the Cellerciser twice a day for ten minutes each session, and not only has my lower back pain disappeared, my posture is no longer hunched over (due to the pain and lack of flexibility).
I am now a full believer in the strengthening and rejuvenating effects of the Cellerciser. It is a daily part of my life, and I will never stop Cellercising!
P.S. Dave Hall will answer any question you have and has created a fabulous rebounder. It never wears out!

Dear DAVE,

I purchased my “Bouncy” years ago. I was at the end of my career in the fire service and as an old guy with injuries I couldn’t find a cardio workout I enjoyed that didn’t require a gym sized stationary machine. I have a very bad knee from injuries over the years, and resultant surgeries, the last being an ACL replacement. After trying to just suck it up and do all the normal cardio exercises with negative and painful results I remembered my father having a small trampoline to exercise on when I was a kid. (It was square and the springs broke often) After finding the videos with Dave Hall I was pleasantly inspired, and won over. Due to it being compact and travel ready I kept it with me back and forth from home to the firehouse for the last several years that I worked. My Cellerciser helped me finish strong by being able to clear a call my last morning on duty, return to the station, and WALK to my car to go home. (Regular Service Retirement) I still have it in my home office/gym. Even when I’m fat and my knee is especially hurting I can get a workout in that makes me feel better. I’ve only had to replace a couple springs because I misused it by doing extended jumping jack sessions, and that being after years of use. I have to also state that my weight has always been over 210 lbs and has ascended up to 270 at times and my “Bouncy” has never once complained! I’m 58 years old, and finished this day with a 10 minute workout, (health/fitness bounce) a shower, got my jammies on, and I feel great! Don’t hesitate getting into rebounding! The Cellerciser travels well and can be used anywhere.

Dear DAVE,

I’m a 73-year-old, 185 lbs. & want to give you, David Hall, a whole lot of credit for the excellent physical shape I’m in. You’ll probably think this is weird, but here goes. One day 8 years ago I got this strange, out-of-the-blue impression (I think from God) that I was supposed to get a rebounder for cardio & less impact on my joints. Didn’t really understand what this thing was supposed to do for me at the time, but I listened & obeyed. Then on the internet, everyone pointed to this David Hall. So on to your website I went & life changed ever since. Fact is, I’ve been faithfully doing a 45-minute workout on it 3 times a week. (along with another 45 minutes with free weights & TRX).

Now for a couple useful tidbits you or your followers might be interested in:
Being a musician all my life, I move to music. That’s just the way I’m wired. It helps set my mood and a definitely a flow. And without music, I really have a really hard time exercising. In fact, I peter out very quickly without it. Furthermore, I found that I rebound longer & steadier specifically at 128 beats per minute. Problem was, I didn’t care much for the unfamiliar workout playlists I found on Spotify. Therefore, I was forced to research a whole lot of tunes myself & now have come up with my own playlist of 184 songs specifically at 128 BPM including a wide variety of popular old rock, country, P&W and MOR. To get to the point, you’re more than welcome to use my playlist or copy it under your own name to share with all your fans. In Spotify it’s under the heading “Rebounder FAVS 128BPM” under “kirkorrs”

Also, before I started using the rebounder, I had some pain issues with “Morton’s Neuroma” in my left foot. I was rebounding in tennis shoes & some days it was almost too hard to bounce. (I had gone to “The Good Feet Store” & they wanted $1000.00 to buy their arches!) Then with some excellent advice from Dr. Barbara O’Neil, I began rebounding only with bare feet and WOW!— my Morton’s Neuroma vanished within a week and hasn’t been an issue since!

And lastly, after going through one cheap rebounder that fell apart within a short time, I finally bought your high quality Cellerciser & have never regretted it. One of my best investments and worth every cent! Anyway, THANKS David! You really helped change my life & God bless your time and effort! I wish you more success!
Sincerely,
Kirk
P.S. You might want to see if you can use the song “Jump” by Van Halen as a backup track for your website. (It also happens to be 128!)

Dear DAVE,

Thanks for talking with me about how to recover using the Cellerciser. The Cellerciser helped me to recover from Long Haul Covid. Initially I could only drape my body over the bar and do 12 baby bounces. I returned to work and secured a career improvement position with another company.

Two years later, I was hospitalized for over 2 months with around 50 days in ICU critical care. For 3.5 weeks I was in a medically induced coma and paralyzation. When they brought me out of the coma, I was still paralyzed and on a ventilator. Doctors and nurses described my extensive live saving treatments as “medical torture”. They called me their miracle because I lived. Prayers work!

I was transferred to an inpatient rehab hospital for 8 days of physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language therapy, and respiratory. My PT and OT stated they could tell I was in good shape prior to the illness due to my quick progress that challenged them to challenge me. Thanks, Cellerciser.

Outpatient PT failed to challenge me. Per my conversation with Dave, I started with sitting on the Cellerciser and holding the bar. The second week I added in baby bounces and hip rocks. On day 47 of recovery, I was able to do leaning kicks that looked and felt like small kicks! Less than 2.5 months from paralyzed on ventilator and only able to answer yes/no questions by blinking my eyes to walking unassisted (no cane) on reasonably level surfaces. My doctors have been surprised by the improvement in my health as evidenced in X-rays and labs. Thanks, Cellerciser.

I baby bounce while doing my hands and wrist exercises with flat bands and isoflex balls. Thanks for the hand gyro recommendation on your Live Session for nerve and muscle damage. The RPM Powerball and Powerspin have accelerated my hand and wrist movement improvement.

I highly recommend the Cellerciser! It worked when I was too weak to stand on it. The Cellerciser helped me at my weakest when standing was very difficult. It has allowed me to strengthen my balance, muscle, and endurance due to its versatility. Dave, your willingness to talk with me at my weakest and your videos have been invaluable!

————–*UPDATE*————-

A year ago, I was on a ventilator in a medical coma and paralysis. My original testimony was regarding using Cellerciser to rehab from only being able to sit bounce to doing kicks. My 9 month from hospital release lung CT scan showed NO scarring from Covid, bacteria pneumonia, and bleeding lungs! Prayer and Cellercising works!

Dear DAVE,

I purchased a Cellerciser from David Hall about 6 months ago. I had problems from a horizontal abdominal incision (hysterectomy) for 5 years. David taught me step by step how to use the Cellerciser to strengthen the area and break up the scar tissue. I had dramatic results within the first week. What I thought could be a worsening life-long problem is gone!

Thank you, David!

Dear DAVE,

I just want to say a heartfelt thank you to Jerry who answered my questions this morning on the phone about Cellercise. Not only was he able to help me understand the science of things, but he really brought tears to my eyes with the way he ministered encouragement and the love of God. I felt like I was talking to an old friend. I also want to say thank you to Dave Hall who took time to help me understand more about Cellercise and recovering from Lyme, and who rally cut to the heart of the matter and encouraged me to focus on the good instead trying to fight the negative. It confirmed what God has been encouraging me to do lately and put in way that I will always remember.

God bless you all for running a business that cares about people! I know that I will be able to invest in my own Cellercise unit.

Dear DAVE,

I hope you are well. In some ways my Cellerciser journey began over 45 years ago when my Aunt was with a company that sold rebounders and she gave me one. I used it for a while, and enjoyed it, but I was young and “macho”, so I eventually gave it up for miles of running, other excessive types of training, and crash dieting. I carried this regiment on through the years and I now have an artificial hip, and two artificial knees. I am not complaining …. I thank the Lord for good Doctors, and the technology, that allows me not to be a total cripple. I retired from teaching and coaching a few years ago (42 year career) and I realized I had given more concern to my athletes and students than myself. Almost a year ago I finally had that moment where I had a very serious conversation with the man in the mirror. I had a physical. I weighed 411 pounds. My A 1 c was almost 10. My blood Pressure was 170/95. My Cholesterol was through the roof as well. I was taking medication for all of these things already and my physician wanted me to take more including adding shots of insulin. I simply said I was not going to do that and that I would take care of the problem. Actually, that was not that bright, but I was finally fed up. I would not recommend anyone do that, but I knew myself, and my problem has never been not knowing what to do, but rather simply doing it. That evening I went home, and I prayed that the Lord would give me strength to proceed and be with me as I went. The next day, I began doing it. I started slowly. I made the decision that initially I would set a goal of working out four times per week. I could work out more days, but the baseline was four. I figured that if I said I was doing it every day I was setting myself up to fail because sometimes cares of life get in the way. The first day I did fifteen easy minutes on a treadmill and fifteen easy minutes on a bike. The next day I did that again and added a few rounds of 3-5 exercises with light weights I have at home and a TRX. I would do the walking and riding at least four times a week and on at least two of those days I would add the other exercises. I also tried to cut down on sugar and other “bad” carbs, but I did not just deny myself everything. I would also sauna 3-4 times per week. I did all of this for a month and was under 400 pounds and feeling better. I was ready to work a bit harder, so I alternated days of biking and walking with two of my biking days including some intervals and one of my walks being a longer one. I started going to our local club and began a reasonable lifting program twice a week. I began some bouts of intermittent fasting and watch my carbs a bit closer. I was feeling better and better. I also added one thing, a Rebounder. I still had the one my Aunt gave me stored in my garage. Each day after my workout I would bounce (not all that hard) for 5-10 minutes and I found that it made me recover better. I also began revisiting the benefits of rebounding and I discovered your material on YouTube. As I watched, and studied, I decided that a Cellerciser would be much better than the unit I had. I noticed that the suggested maximum weight for the Cellerciser was 350 pounds so I kept working with the goal of getting to the point where I could use the Cellerciser. Finally, when I got to September, I was near 350 pounds and I ordered a Cellerciser. When it came the unit was even better than I imagined. I started using it after my workouts, but then I decided I would get on it every morning, and so I began playing on the Cellerciser for 5-10 minutes every morning. It only took a few sessions before I was looking forward to getting on the unit each morning because I felt so good after I did it. If I felt stiff when I got out of bed the Cellerciser took care of that. I can tell you that I have done a lot of physical things over the years that have damaged my body and I have a lot of orthopedic issues, but 100% of the time when I get off the Cellerciser I feel better, even when I hit it hard. Since I received the Cellerciser I have continued to work out. I have replaced one walking session with Cellerciser and added another Cellerciser session. These are in addition to my morning ritual. I am now down to 300 pounds and maintaining that while I am stuck in the house due to Covid-19. I am on the Cellerciser every day. It not only helps me physically, but the mental benefits are huge. I plan to let my body lose some more weight once this lock-in is over. Right before the lockdown I had a Doctor’s appointment. My A 1 c is at 5.2, my cholesterol and other blood markers are all excellent, and my blood pressure has been in the 120/75 range for 2-3 months now. The benefits I have gotten from rebounding, and a healthier lifestyle, are simply phenomenal. If I was still coaching, I would have several Cellercisers in my wrestling room for warm-up, recovery, and conditioning as well as for training around injuries. I have worked with a lot of young athletes and one group that I think would benefit immensely from the Cellerciser is the female athlete. They have an inordinate number of ACL tears and I think working on the Cellerciser would strengthen the muscular and ligamental structure of their knees in ways that traditional weight training cannot touch. If I could go back in time, I would base my fitness program on rebounding which is what I am moving towards as I approach my post work life. Cellerciser has helped me get healthy. You have helped me as well Dave. I have watched your YouTube videos and, learned a great deal from you. Plus, the motivation you provide in your presentations is priceless. Thanks for your help. I am so sorry this was so long. There is actually much more because God has really transformed me, and blessed me, along the way in this journey … but another time maybe. By the way, I am 63 years old.

Sincerely,

Dear DAVE,

This is our son, Bobby, and dog, Maggie, getting their daily exercise. Love the Cellerciser! An answer for our son to exercise every day! We use it all the time too!

Dear DAVE,

My daughter-in-law 45 yrs old has rheumatoid arthritis since she was a child. Her fingers and toes are overlapped, and she has some calcification around her organs. She has tons of inflammation, swelling and joint pain. I talked her into getting the trifold Cellerciser. She has worked up to 20 mins a day using the Mr. Rebounder app videos. In 9 ½ weeks she has lost 9 lbs. Most of the pain in her feet is gone. If it returns during the day she jumps on for a few minutes barefoot. She had a 20–30-degree bend in her elbows, she can now bend her arm out straight. One toe has become unlapped from the others. She excitedly pulled up her shirt sleeve to show me a curved bicep developing and no she doesn’t lift weights or workout in any other way just the rebounding. She is now able to bring her knees together while standing. The inflammation is less throughout her whole body, and you can see it out of her face. Her eyes are bright with hope, and her smile is huge from all the benefits she is getting. All I was hoping for was increased flexibility, but she has received so much more than that including energy to do errands and tasks throughout the day. She is also sleeping better at night. So, thank you for the Cellerciser. Currently I have myself, husband, daughter, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law, and brother-in-law jumping on the Cellerciser.

Dear DAVE,

May I call your attention to the wealth of publicity you might use to enhance the Cellerciser through this article in the Seattle Times (Seattle’ Daily Newspaper). It expresses how I feel about what it has done for me. I really think it has saved my life. After being very ill, I could not seem to get better. It was most discouraging, one evening your voice came over the radio telling about the Cellerciser. Immediately I knew it was for me. On September 29, 2000 it was delivered to my home. There has been so much interest in the Cellerciser and Feldenkrais since the article was printed that the Seattle Times has had more requests for copies of that paper and duplications of the article than of any other it has ever printed. I attend the Lifetime Learning Center, in Seattle. The Center.is an educational organization for adults 50 and over. There are 300 students and 40 or more classes, with 3-8 week quarters. The non-profit school has operated for 25 years in the Seattle area. The instructors, many of whom are Ph.D.’s or with master’s degree are all volunteers. As our life span is increasing, many of us would rather care for ourselves than be cared for. We are learning about ourselves through the Feldenkrais course at Lifetime Learning Center. Dr. Feldenkrais was one of the first healers through movement, as he healed himself that way. The class I attend has increased in size from 4 to 14 since this article was published. The office phone never stopped ringing, folks were interested in both the Cellerciser and Feldenkrais. You will also note that I was born in Alaska! How frequently Alaska awakens a gleam in the eye. Most women want to lose weight. Your method is the first and only one I have found that suggests one can gain weight. That is what sold me.

Dear DAVE,

Good evening, this is Silva. Normally you don’t hear much from me. I watch your live show on Mondays, but sometimes I can’t figure the timing. I live in Southern California, please let me know what the timing of your show California time is.

I Cellercise every day since I got it in June 14,2019 using the DVD that came with the unit.

6-15-19 was my first day using the DVD for 10 minutes up to August.

I watched different trampoline exercise on YouTube to learn the foot lifting. I still did baby bounce but wanted to be able to lift feet.

I have muscle tension in right leg also weak knees. Am careful not to injure self by wrong feet lifting.

Since August my daily routine is:

Baby bounce, then arm routine finish it with Jamba walk.

First time did 5 Jamba walks, increased it to 10 after arm routine. Increased to 15 Jamba walks. Once I got the hang of it, increased it more.

Baby bounce, arm routine, (3) times Jamba Walk each counting to 40. Rest in between. Finish it with holding bar jumping twice followed by 4 jumps with legs lifting to the sides.

Not bad for 70 years old who never did trampoline exercise. Bear in mind I already had exercise routine since I was 50 years old but was floor routine. Have many DVDs, each different instructors.

Dear DAVE,

Talk about money well spent, what better than making a small investment on one’s own body.

Let’s put it this way – have you ever seen a Hearst pulling a U-Haul? So we better realize our body needs to be appreciated!

I felt awful, I thought I was in early stage of Alzheimer’s, my body felt sluggish, and my mind matched. I was truly worried about my health, I was afraid to take all the pills the Doctor suggested, and they wanted to give me cortisone shots into my joints to remove the pain I was in. I had put on 30lbs since I had not been able to exercise or walk as I was able in the past. I have just made 60 and I felt like I was 200. When my trust -worthy Acupuncturist, Chantelle Deshazer, introduced me to my Cellercise®, I believe it has made such an impact on my quality of life, it has amazed my family and friends. I believe everyone should have one. It is a lifesaver. If I can do it, anyone can. I look forward to using it. I never had this experience with a piece of exercise equipment. I have several conditions that should not allow me to exercise, but with the Cellercise® I am able to continue enjoying quality of life.

Between Acupuncture and my Cellercise® I wake up each day, excited about what the day will bring my way. I suggest to everyone to invest in yourself. Your worth it.

1279

Dear DAVE,

This is WORKING for me and I want each and every one of you to experience this too, NOW!!

990

Dear DAVE,

Shortly after I bought my Cellercise®, I tore a muscle in my hip. I couldn’t run, roller blade, ride my bike, I couldn’t even swim. Walking hurt. Even my routine on the Cellercise® hurt. This went on for about a month. Then, it occurred to me to just bounce very gently on the Cellercise®, my feet never even leaving the fabric. I did that for 10 minutes, and when my hip did not hurt more the next day, I continued it every day. After a couple weeks, I bounced a little higher. After a few months, I was walking completely pain-free and I let myself jump gradually higher and higher. After several months, I added one minute of running at the end of my 10 minutes. Lateral movement is what hurt my hip the most, so it was with some trepidation that I added one minute of side-to-side jumping.

After nearly a year, I tried some rollerblading, limited amounts, limited speed. Yesterday afternoon, I was on my ‘blades for half an hour, including a small hill. ‘Blading is nothing but lateral movement, especially up hills, and my hip feels fine.

I don’t know why the Cellercise® promoted healing when nothing else would, but it did.

And, after over a year of nothing but 10 minutes a day of the Cellercise®, I still have my cut, runner’s legs and nearly all of my aerobic conditioning. It saved my sanity, too. I do not know how I would have survived over a year of not working out at all.

I thought you might want to know that. And thank you.

Sincerely,

963

Dear DAVE,

Last Sunday 10/27/19, I completed a 4,500 foot hike to the summit of Mt. San Jacinto Peak, Ca with some great friends. I can’t praise and recommend the Cellerciser enough! I know it got me in probably the best condition I’ve ever been in and prepared for this hike. I was strong and focused, didn’t suffer any breathing problems, had excellent endurance and stamina and felt great after hiking about 14 hours. I started Cellercising Nov. 26, 2018 and it along with a healthy diet has changed my life and I’m down 85 lbs. since 07/06/18. The Cellerciser is the single best piece of exercise equipment I’ve ever used!

Dear DAVE,

I am an Emergency Room physician. I am 65 years old. I purchased a Cellerciser at the urging of my daughter, Anna, who highly admires you. And more recently, purchased your Mr. Rebounder app.

A week ago, I fell 7 feet and fractured my left pelvis (lateral compression pelvis fracture type 1, avulsed my greater trochanter, and] fractured my sacrum. Also, a triquetrum (carpal) fracture.

I also incurred a moderate concussion. I love my Cellerciser, and like Anna, I highly admire you, and your team. You shall play a vital part of my recovery. I shall keep you in the loop. If at the end you wish to use my story and progress for advertising or promotional, or, I hope, inspirational and encouragement purposes, you may.

Talk soon,

Dear DAVE,

A material possession I just can’t live without for the last 15+ years! Thank you, Dave, from and ex-runner that didn’t know what he was going to do when I was forced to stop running because of hip, ankle, and knee issues from running.
